Pressure Sensitive Headpiece
A pressure-sensitive contact plate is used in the Stadiometer’s headpiece starting with the 235D. A beep, two green LED lights, and a pressure sensor trigger notifies the user when the correct pressure is being used. On the display, the height reading will then be ready to collect measurements.
Repeatable Results
The Heightronic has a height range of up to 94 inches and could be installed at various heights. The 235D can generate repeatable results that are accurate to within 0.01 inches or centimeters and can be changed at the touch of a button because it is wall-mounted. In actuality, the Height Measure’s programming and controls are limited to just three keys. The LCD monitor on the front of the device has 0.5-inch characters that are clearly visible and can show measurements to within 0.001 inches or centimeters.
Pressure Release Handle
Pulling on the pressure release handle makes it simple to slide the headpiece up and down the track; once released, the headpiece instantly locks to the track. When the headgear is moved, the Height Rod turns on automatically and turns off automatically when not in use.
Simple Operation
The included USB cable can be used to transfer measurements to a PC in addition to using the LCD display; no extra software is needed for this. The Height Measuring Device will draw electricity from the USB when connected via USB. The Heightronic is powered by 1 to 3 CR123 batteries when it’s not connected, with each extra cell extending the battery life. To ensure accuracy, the Digital Stadiometer comes fully assembled in the package with a calibration and installation tool. The 235D installs in about 10 minutes and comes with all required components.
Digital Precision
Up to three CR123 batteries or USB can be used to operate the Height Measuring Device. (included). The Stadiometer can, however, be powered by just one battery. The Electronic Stadiometer’s power life will be extended by installing the two extra batteries. The Heightronic has automatic on and off when the vehicle is moved and is left motionless.
